The mission of the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC) is to ensure the retail sale of cannabis from a perspective of health protection, in order to integrate consumers into the legal cannabis market and to keep them there, without encouraging the consumption of cannabis.

Our mandate is primarily social, as it consists of selling cannabis in Quebec while prioritizing the health and safety of our customers. To that end, the SQDC undertakes to sell quality, lower-risk products and to inform and educate users on how to minimize the health impacts of cannabis consumption.

SQDC (Shawinigan) has been serving customers for over 6 years at this location with no other dispensaries in a 5 km radius, having a favourable overall user experience and satisfaction score when compared to similar dispensaries.

A frequented cannabis retail store offering in-store shopping, direct online purchases, store pick-up and home delivery. Open daily, accepting all standard methods of payment. SQDC operates no other stores in Shawinigan-Sud, with a total of 100 stores across Quebec.
