We visited True North today and asked for infused pre-rolls. The employee at the counter responded with, "There's 48 different kinds, so…" in a tone that came across as dismissive and rude, and he offered no further assistance. Rather than asking whether we prefer indica, hybrid, or sativa — or helping narrow down the options.
I mentioned I would check the website on my phone, and another staff member directed us to a tablet in the corner. To be clear, there was no one else in the store at the time, so this was not a matter of being too busy. It simply felt like there was little interest in providing customer service.
We have visited this location several times and have previously received excellent service. Staff have been knowledgeable and attentive, and Robert in particular has consistently provided outstanding customer care. That is why this experience was especially disappointing.
Ultimately, we walked out without making a purchase. With many other stores willing to provide helpful, professional service, we will be reconsidering where we choose to shop in the future.

Here's my story
Went in on Xmas eve morning to buy a 510 cartridge ( very berry )
In the process of installing it it shattered in my hand.
Today boxing day went back to exchange it they refused no original packaging. Lol
Tell me if you hand is cover in sticky product and bleeding in spots are you going care about packaging.
Stay away Inspired is up thr rolled a few light and another around the corner at lincoln plaza choose one of them this place dosnt stand by it product
I've been to True North Cannabis several times, and I think this will be my last visit. The only professional staff I've ever dealt with are the women—if you end up with one of the guys at the counter, expect to be ignored or treated poorly. One of the younger guys even farted behind the counter while cashing me out and started giggling. Absolutely disgusting.
On top of that, the store only has one working debit/credit machine, but staff will waste 10 minutes trying the broken one before finally moving you over. The rewards program isn't worth signing up for, and the entry rules are inconsistent—some people are let right in, while others have to stand around waiting for staff to slowly open the door.
The place is poorly staffed, the selection is weak, and the overall vibe is unprofessional. I don't recommend this shop—there are plenty of other cannabis stores, including one just 500m around the corner, that provide a much better experience.
The staff here are the best they make you feel like u want to spend ur money there plus always great deals keep up the good work
