I visit this location regularly and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Best Cannabis store in the region for sure. I want to give Riley a shout out because he always can find me the right product, like a strain, cart or glass that suits my needs. Is never pushy to sell what I don't want and will take the time to answer my question and tailor to my need. Go see Riley is you are in town for some quality bud
Riley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out what I wanted and gave me a few good recommendations that I plan to try in the future. Excellent customer service and extremely polite. Definitely planning on coming back.
Between their vast selection and stellar customer service, TakeOff has quickly become my favourite pre-celebration stop. While each employee stands out on their own merits, a special appreciation goes to Gage. Always pleasant and professional, well-informed about the different products and/or rewards being offered, and on the few times they've been out of my usual selection Gage would immediately suggest alternatives that were both in my prince-range and perfectly in line with my tastes. If you're looking for a new dispensary to try, I suggest going where your feedback is received and your loyalty is rewarded: TakeOff!
I had such an amazing experience at Take Off Cannabis. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive. What really made the visit unforgettable was the help I received from Gage Armstrong.
Gage went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. He took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for, explained the different options in a way that was easy to understand, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and isn't just trying to make a sale.
His knowledge, patience, and positive energy completely changed my experience. I left feeling confident in my purchase and honestly so grateful for the guidance. It's rare to meet someone who makes that kind of impact in such a short interaction. (These days, lol).
If you stop by Take Off Cannabis, definitely ask for Gage Armstrong, and Amber the manager. As they are both incredible at there occupation. I can't recommend this place enough!
Been shopping at takeoff for a while now and love it here!! They always have a good selection, cheap prices, and they even deliver! Michelle, Amber and the gages are always so helpful!! So is the rest of the staff but can't remember their names!
