new employee's behaviour is very rude. he doesn't know how to deal with regular customers. i am extremely disappointed . i am daily customer of grassroots from last 2 years and now i will never buying anything from you and i will also tell my all friends about it . i request to the owner teach him a good lesson.
this was one of my favorite stores to shop at . However what I experienced today was ABSOLUTELY horrible... I have ordered sooo many times and never ever got asked for my ID and was refused because I didn't have it on me.
would give it a 0 star if I could!

I visited this cannabis store recently and noticed that the cashier and counter area are clearly visible from outside. That's concerning because cannabis stores are supposed to maintain privacy and follow regulations about visibility from the exterior. It feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope the management fixes this issue to ensure customers' privacy and compliance with the rules.
