I came in to buy an ounce and Sanam was so helpful. Found me exactly what I wanted. Didn't hurt that they were easy on the eyes too. I will definitely be back!

Moved to Grimsby one month ago and have gone to this One Plant 3 times and every time gets more and more disappointing. You walk in and there's no prices on any of their product so you're stuck talking to their employees who just try to push old weed that's been sitting forever. 3 separate occasions where I've had them try to sell me a product that was packaged 5+ months ago. I just went to their store today for the last time; they tried to sell me weed packaged on 01/25 (I'm writing this on Dec 21/25). I'd highly recommend any other dispensary, the whole customer experience is awful from the moment you walk in.
P.s. their website barely works too
We walked in and were immediately greeted with disrespect, as if the employee was upset she had to get off her phone and come serve us. She gave us a dirty look and walked off. We felt as if we were imposing. We've spent thousands at your location but multiple times now, the staff have been unprofessional. From now on, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Never going back.
Zac was a great sales representative! He was very friendly and helpful! It was my first time in the store, so I told him what I needed, and he gave me great advice and was perfect- not at all aggressive(as some store people can be), so I will definitely be very happy to visit the store again because of Zac. Thank you Zac!😊
