Very rude and unprofessional staff. Their prices do not match up when they ring them up. Posted price was 10 dollars on a product. When the employee rang it up on the register it came to $11. When I pointed out that this was incorrect from the sign she rudely told me we'll update that when we can we don't have to honor that price. At this point I left as it's a matter of principal yes it's only a dollar but don't have a Post price and then charge more than that.
Stafer not always like this when the place first opened they were very friendly and welcoming but I find recently the people they've had there does not feel that way. I'm a frequent customer to various dispensaries I live down the street but I will be taking a drive down the road to competitors now will not be stopping in here again.
Cashiers need to be educated on what they are selling… I'm not sure how it is possible that there is "no strain" associated with the Double Dutch Double Down pre rolls, but the woman working at night didn't seem bothered to care. I was looking for the double Dutch double down 2g pre rolls and asked the woman working what strain they had. She proceeded to tell me "there is no strain." Sorry what? I could see the tube so I asked her to bring it forward so I could show her that all flowers have strains.. Once I put my hand out to point it out to her that there is clearly a strain, she snatched the tube back and told me well theres no strain. How uneducated. Take the time to properly train your employees.
Good service and decent stock.
They have some of the highest prices in the whole area though. So if you are budget conscious, look at any other shop within a 10 minute drive of this place. I will be.
Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere. Google says theyre open, and I was able to place an order for pickup TODAY. When I arrived, door was locked and saw a few other people also attempting to get in (likely assuming the place was open, as it was being advertised as such) couple that with the fact their prices are exorbitantly higher that other shops, save yourself the time and go somewhere else .
I can't believe I actually believed these guys were open today..Christmas Day. 🙄
I mean, I'm shaken🫨 "you're not open even though it says on google that you're open. It's total blasphemy that I would even believe this, but hey, I'm a believer and it's Christmas. Who would do that to someone? Say you're open when you're not. It's my bad for believing and placing an order..oh yeah, get this, so I placed an order online with them as it let me, said they were open on google, and I even received an email notification saying that "they were working on it!"
So ya I drove there, full belief, only to discover that not only were they closed but 3 other people were being affected by this obscurity as well.
Please, say you're closed if you are.

Oh ya, p.s the one star is because their rewards system is okay…it's okay, but it's offset by the fact their prices are higher than everywhere else.
I'm just wondering what the benefit is to go to their store vs another? Anyways, I guess don't believe everything you see online.
