I have to give credit to the staff at the St Thomas store. They have been so incredibly helpful and caring. Highly recommended
This customer service at this store is off the charts great! It's always service with a smile with the staff and really enjoy them! Great people and service like this is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work
Don't even want to give ONE star! Such a horrible experience. So hostile and passive aggressive when asked SIMPLE questions about Marijuana and their packaging.
FYI: MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU BUY - keep an eye on THC content (both percentage and in mgs) as I had an experience with FALSE ADVERTISING and was told they cant do anything about it, and hung up promptly.
Never shopping here again. Just want to extend the warning to those who actually want to RECEIVE what they pay for. :) merry christmas.
Honestly, called to report a discrepancy regarding a products advertised content. Initially the communication was okay, but as it continued it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and that my phone call was just a routine annoyance. Most likely won't be shopping here again.
Darby was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. She answered my questions, offered advice, then let me decide for myself. Thanx Darby!!!
