Since 1994, Friendly Stranger has been a champion of cannabis devoted to activism, community and culture. Friendly Stranger is more than a store. It’s a place for those seeking a positive cannabis environment that inspires unity, advocacy, and acceptance. Where others see customers, we see friends.
Since day one, we’ve been on the front lines of the fight to end cannabis prohibition. Making hemp products available to the public, seeking justice for those unfairly prosecuted and shining a light on a subject cast in shadow. We aimed our relentless and passionate activism toward a change that has finally come.
To this day, we continue to promote the environmental and economic benefits of all forms of cannabis while fostering a welcoming and open spirit. The soul of Friendly Stranger is a community brought together by a shared belief and one that grows with every new face that walks through our doors.
We want to connect Canadians through cannabis, to educate and inspire a community of togetherness, to befriend the world one stranger at a time.

My new favourite weed store, they have lots of edibles and more edible focused, where as many other shops are more flower based.
"I'm not a consumer myself, but I visited Friendly Stranger to pick up some Christmas gifts for friends and family. I really appreciate the culture and the medicinal benefits of the plant, and this shop reflects that perfectly. The store is spotless and professionally run. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable—so much so that they actually made me curious to try the products myself! Prices seemed very fair. Highly recommend for both enthusiasts and gift-shoppers."

Ghazi is the Goat such great costumer service very knowledgeable you loose him you loose a good thing.
Terrible and ghetto. Today when I went to the store I got two prerolls and then when I got home and tried to smoke them, none of them were pulling and weren't smokable. This has happened a few times before and I usually just toss em but this time I was fed up. So I went all the way back to the store and when I got there the door was locked with a sign saying that the sales person would be back at 9:15, which he wasn't, he came back way after. So at this point I'm already annoyed and unimpressed. There was a number of customers waiting outside, one of which recorded the whole thing and said she would show the manager, and another who said the same thing happened yesterday when he came. So then when he finally came back, he told me that he couldn't refund or exchange it and that it wasn't their problem and a problem for the company buddy blooms. And that I should contact them. How bout you guys should contact them instead of selling your customers crappy weed that can't smoke? I have never had a weed store deny to replace or refund me for their defective product. I truly will never be back here lol.
