Edit: The first thing I did was call the store and the employee took my number too call me back after speaking with owner, to say there's nothing they can do. Hense why I said they don't stand by the product. Was excited to find a discount store near my house, bought a battery for my vape, lasted couple weeks, it's only 15$ so I'm not gonna lose sleep, but you'd think after spending couple hundred dollars at the store they'd want to help customers out and stand by the product they sell but I guess not., granted dicount items does means cheap, so lesson learned to not return
