Have been getting a substantial amout of products for last 2 years. Jason is awesome welcoming kind always. kim whom I just spoke to wasnt to pleasant or very helpful . I asked about the rewards loyalty program as I could not get anything online with points its says contact customer service . Not friendly or approachable after spending alot of money in store and online for theclast few years and having more loyalty points than anyone also commented on by staff from money spent. . I felt talked down to because I misunderstood what she said . Dont recommended for a friendly experience. Never had a problem till today . I Will be looking elsewhere for my products . Im a cancer patient and use it as medicine so im sad but will not tolerate being talked down to. An apology would be nice.

They overcheged for weed and hope you don't notice. But just because someone doesn't say anything doesn't mean they don't notice what your doing. I just have much better things to do with my time than entertain your crookery. Better to just bite the bullet and never shop there again. They other stores in town are a much nicer price and experience anyways. Shame on yall for trying to take advantage of your own community. Super anti weed shop behaviour. Surprised your still around.

My friend whose older and is probably to trustful. She had asked for her normal 22$ 7 Gram the worker proceeded to lie to her and say they only had 30$ bags in, I called in to confirm they did have the 22$ and he was just taking advantage of a elderly woman

I cancelled an online order and despite multiple trips to the store and contacting the district manager I never got my money back. The refund process is not handled at the store. The store employees and manager are not able to refund your transaction even if you just made the purchase in person.
