Visited this store on Nov 21st pretty recently, and honestly, the signs being off in the middle of the day — not even early morning or late evening — is pretty disappointing. I checked from the parking lot 2–3 times, and every time it looked completely closed. Most customers won't even bother walking in if the place looks shut down, especially when there's no note or notice on the door. It's frustrating because once you're inside, the employees don't push you to buy anything and let you choose your own product from their tab, and the service and product info are actually decent. But the outside presentation makes it feel like the store doesn't want customers. A simple sign or note would fix half the confusion. Hope management pays attention, because even though this happened just once, it ruined my day and I had to drive to another store all the way at the end of town.
