Such an inviting, friendly space! The staff are amazing. Special shout out to Sarah for her outstanding customer service - I always hope she's there when I walk in!
I love this store. Sarah is the reason I will come back! Best customer service!!!
They cant make any exchanges on defective devices without a manager present. They cant give you a new product to replace the defective, only offering 15% discount on a new one. Apparently the device has to be sent away to OCS for inspection.
Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy going in small talk with the staff. Always have been satisfied with their recommendations. Five star operations.
Morning staff is amazing I love going there when I get the chance the young lady knows what she's talking about and very friendly
