The people who work here are tweaked out. Very weird interactions on multiple occasions. Some are quick to aggression, some are know it alls just promoting blatantly false information and the owner is an interesting fella to say the least. If you ask any question that they have gotten before but you don't know because you haven't developed telepathy yet, get ready for some ultimate passive aggressiveness
Or we have the woman who is allergic to smiles. The human embodiment of an onion. Hey lady: if you aren't happy working a job, then leave. I don't mean smile in that weird way. I mean you have a frown and you are serving for a business. I don't want to feel like I am intruding on your mood to get a little pick me up.
No. I am not coming into the store again. I was there once when a customer confronted you and you threatened to phone the cops on them. Like why would I risk my day getting upset because of your behavior of being prone to jump the gun?

Not surprised you continue to engage in threatening behaviour when something happens that that you don't like. When you run the same store, you deserve to have the equal review. It's not spam. It's getting the word out about your atrocious behavior
Been coming here for a while they always have amazing recommendations would always recomend swinging by the oshawa location
The one lady who is mainly in there working is very miserable, terrible customer service. It's nice to go somewhere and be greeted with a smile, not someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. Will not be returning.
On September 1, 2025 I entered the purple moose I ordered a six dollar joint and call them back at 8:19 to tell them that they overcharged me for a six dollar joint that I gave them $100 bill I went in there today and told them that I needed my money back that they overcharged me. I asked him to get cameras they gave me a phone number for a fake person. This place is a scammer. I will show you. I have proof of the encounter that I called them on September 1 at 8:19 to tell them that you're their worker had overcharged me by $20 and that I wanted my money back. I went to the store today and they said that the money wasn't there that there was no overpayment nothing I need an investigation done this right away because the Lavel location is scammers. They said there was no over over charges on the till but obviously somebody's pocket that money because he gave me I gave him $100 bill and I got a six dollar joint and I only got $80 at $76 back so you tell me how is that happening he gave me if you tell me I want this investigated right now somebody's scamming me I went today. I told him I called and left a message. I have the phone number exactly the number to the Lavelle location on my phone with the time and how long I was on the phone for this gentleman told me to get the hell out of his store and he was very rude and I need this investigation done ASAP. Listen, when it's 10$ more expensive than other stores around to get a simple 7g, I think that alone, plus the fact that they don't price match, deserves a 1 star. The staff helping me didn't even seem to care that it was 10$ more expensive. Never going here again, go check out One Stop Cannabis, or YGH Green, much much much better prices.
