Fast pace and really well organized, the bud tender was very knowledgeable and respectful
Like three years ago, this was my favourite cannabis store. I've started to dislike it since last fall. They updated their website to give a wild random guess of what the THC % might be in their products, instead of the exact amount, like it used to be. Then they had a young fellow working there for a while, it always felt like I interrupted his day when I went into the store. The final straw happened recently. I had saved my 20% discount card for a special occasion, but they wouldn't honour it. "That was the old system!" -I don't care. I have a card that says 20% off at Cannabis Stop. There is no expiry date on the card. You could have honoured the discount card, gave me 20% off my ounce, omg twenty five dollars! But instead, you chose to lose a long term customer. You made your twenty five dollars that day, but you won't make anymore dollars from me again.

This place is hit or miss. Not the product, but the staff. The lady who works here is very knowledgeable and helpful, the juvenile boy who works here needs to care more about his job or go serve coffee where he doesn't have to interact with customers because every time I go in and he's there it's a miserable experience, I've also had to remind him every time that he needs my name for the point system… is he just stealing other customers points when they don't remind him? It's to the point I just left without my purchase and went to cabana instead.
