Great store great employees but the one female employee loves to ID me every single time I go there even though we have spoken multiple times. Me and my husband are both customers and she never IDs him. I don't get the problem here and I don't appreciate her calling me "honey". Like I'm a child. I'm 30 years old. I appreciate the male employees how they remember their customers for future visits so I'm not going back and fourth trying to prove my age sometimes having to fully leave because I didn't even bring an ID yet I have an account. Craziness. Also we go once a week so this isn't difficult to remember us. Anyone in customer service knows this :).
Had a bad experience at Canna Cabana which is closer to my home, found this dispensary, when my mother and I walked in, we were greeting by Zach and Johnny with big welcoming smiles. They were great! Helpful, friendly, good sense of humor and knowledgeable. You've gained permanent long term customers with the great service recieved.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, great selection of products , My only issue is the discount system, I pay a different price every time I go in for the same product that I can usually find at a lower price at other cannabis stores
Probably one of the best places to shop at. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You walk out feeling like a friend. Highly recommend.
Best dispensary in town! The staff are SO friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and will order specific things in if I ask. Even though Canna Cabana is closer to me, I always drive a few extra minutes because I love interacting with the team that works here. A leading example in excellent customer service!
