I was in the store a few weeks ago with my partner and we had gone in for an online sale price. The price was set online and when we got in the store they had it rung up perfect price that it had been online. Then the lady tried to give us one vape instead of the two on the order, we informed her there was two on the order and she happily got a second one but then rang that one through on the order, so she tried to make us pay for three and give us two we had to correct her on that as-well. Then they had to reset the computer because they couldn't figure out why it was the online sale price. So they ended up resetting the system and not giving us any sale price. In my husband's review they assured him we got the correct price and that is completely false. I work in customer service and I have never written a negative review but these guys make YOU feel stupid and refuse to honour online prices. Lie in your customer review response we did not receive the sale price it was about 40$ more. We only went in for that sale and rest assured we won't be back it was our mistake for not going straight to Cana Cabana where we have never had an issue with price or customer service. Trust me I don't want to be spending my very little free time writing a negative review about other hard working people but this was totally avoidable and not our fault for coming in for an advertised price! Take notes and screenshot your online prices before going in!

Super frustrating when I plan my day around going to Hanover because they have an ounce advertised on their website at 32.5%, but after I pay for it and get partway home, I realize it's 20.6%. I may as well smoke maple leaves off a tree. They did exchange it after I went back, but that was frustrating. I wished I had went to Owen Sound instead, it's the same distance.
