Used to come here a bunch, Budtender Served someone who walked in 20 mins after me first, customer service has gone downhill here, sorely disappointed. Avoid like the plague.
Whoever was working at 4:22 on Thursday the 8th of January is to blame for this location losing a customer. I quite literally informed the worker before she begun attending to the person after me, she continued despite my notification. Pathetic customer service.
Expected more courtesy. This isn't it.
I've been coming to this dispensary for the last three, going on four years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the people here. Every single person is happy, bright, and genuinely kind. I have never once walked in and felt small or overlooked. No matter how busy it is, they somehow make every customer feel important and seen.
The atmosphere they create is special — welcoming, positive, and full of good energy. I truly look forward to coming in, not just for the products but for the people. Even if I didn't smoke weed, I'd still find a reason to stop by just to say hi.

I just want to say this place is great. The people that work there are amazing. Such nice people. Plus there products are amazing. I would recommend getting there surprise baggies while they last.
