I had an incredible experience at Gormley. I booked delivery, a woman gave me a shout (can recall her name) and walked me through the delivery process. they were able to accommodate my request for timing and the delivery Johnny was great. Great customer service, great pricing, great experience.
The service was very friendly and fast! My usual pod was out of stock so he helped find another similar option. They had lots to choose from, and the decor was nice around the displays/walls!
Disappointing curb-side pickup experience — long wait (over 20 min) and the manager accused me of being aggressive when I politely called to check on my order. As a regular customer, this was very off-putting. I likely won't shop here again.
Great place to shop, but prices are so out of market. Go to hibuddy and compare pricing. It's wild. Tenzo 97 octane here is $70 something in the website. Everywhere else it's about $40-$45. Great selection, cool staff, prices are WAAAAY outta whack. Someone needs to show Aurora that 20 mins south you can get same stuff for waaaaaaayyyy less.
Always a great experience here, the very wonderful staff make the experience extra nice and comfortable, prices are pretty normal/reasonable/not bad. Location is great! Rewards program takes a while to accumulate, but it's better than nothing, so why not.
