Hands down the best cannabis store I've been to. The atmosphere is great, every single staff member is knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful. They have a great selection of options as well as paraphernalia. I am convinced that you cannot find a better cannabis store in the Ottawa area. Keep up the great work, friends!

I've been a patron since they opened. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable! They offer points with your purchase which can be redeemed for some or their merch, or a 10% or 15% discount on your purchase.

Lucas the cashier was rude and I felt as if he was rushing me out of the store. He did not take time to answer my questions or provide a recommendation. Honestly, if he was a little nicer, I probably would have purchased more products. I guess the store missed out on a sale.

I love this place. The staff are always so friendly, cool, and have a ton of great recommendations. I was in the other day, and Leila and Kellen helped me out. Had some great recommendations for me, and also explained more about their points system. Every time I leave Out & About, im happy, but more importantly feel taken care of. Thanks to all the staff at O&A.
