This is the 3rd or 4th time I have gone to this store and they were out of product that I wanted. They tell me that they get what is sent to them. They have no control over what comes in. That's stupid.
Dina is wonderful, she helped me quickly and politely. She also expressed her gratitude when I waited behind the barrier at the front door. Shop was super clean and comfy
We had a fantastic experience today, thanks to Dave! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. You can tell he truly knows his stuff, and his recommendations were spot on.

Had a great experience here being served by Dave! I came in looking for some craft pre-rolls so I asked him for his favourite, and he put me on to the Canadian Chill pack by Sixty Seven Sins which turned out to be an absolute banger. Super helpful and informed service with a smile, will definitely return.
Just wanted to write a review to say how amazing this store is. Staff is very helpful, I don't know her name but the girl with black hair pulled back with some streaks maybe Anita? She was there Sunday around 3. Anyway very helpful and courteous; super friendly. Best store in town! Sign up and you get discounts too. 5 stars
