What a terrible store...first time my boyfriend ordered online, without paying, so I went to grab it and they refused to give it to me, cause they said it was for another person that could be underage. I explained that my boyfriend ordered it online, they seen his name, and that I am coming to pick it up and pay for it, I was still told that he could be underage and they refused to give me the product. Sooo, today I tried that store again, I opened up my phone cause I had a picture of what product I wanted, pre-rolls, the young girl told me I was buying for someone else and she would not service me. I tried to explain that it I was sent the pic of the ones I like, but she told me I can't say stuff like that in the store so she refused me service. I'm not sure what I had said, but I will never ever go there again, and I will tell all my friends and family to NOT go to that store in Espanola!!

If you sell HIGHLIFE gift cards why can't you use them at the store in Espanola just doesn't make sense. If you sell them you should be able to use it. 😠

The knowledge that Reese (I believe that's her name) has is exceptional! Went in asking about help with anxiety and she knew right away what would help ( and it has been) I've been going in quite often to ask questions and buy, but only if I see her ! Definitely recommend asking for her when you go in !
