Went in on June 7th, Sunday about 9pm. Waited for someone to come to the door. We by accidentally went the wrong way in, and was literally YELLED at by a short male employee wearing a hat. We were so disgusted by his behaviour as an EMPLOYEE, we turned around and left. It is really too bad that he felt like yelling was an option to a customer, when he could have respectfully told us where to go. We do love this store and have been treated with respect multiple times by a female employee but unfortunately this was A LOT!! We will be back, but will be walking out the door yet again if he is working. Management, if you happen to see this, please have a word with him about his behaviour, it was truly disgusting and disappointing.
Never had bad experience at this store until today the younger/middleaged gentleman working. Stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting. Then a line started to happen. I end up finally being inside and still 0 help. Totally ignores me and helps the 3 people behind me. I ended up walking out and won't be back. If you're looking for customer service and a place that will actually help you. Stay away from this place
Thank you so so much to Sabir for the vape recommendation and educating me on what I should look for. You have no idea how at ease that made me feel. I say this holding back tears because since I bought that vape, I've finally felt absolutely no pain for a full night. Since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and not having anything that helps even take the edge off, this is something that makes me super emotional. Thank you for listening to me, thank you for trying to educate me on my stupid questions and thank you for finally being someone who actually helped and didn't stop trying to help every time I came in. It means so much to me and so much to my husband as well as we don't have to see me struggle for once in what's felt like years and years.
I hope you realize how truly amazing you are at what you do and how you educate people on your products.
