Excellent selection and price, and they deliver quickly and reliably, unlike other local dispensaries that deliver one day, then cancel it the next, because their single driver has a runny nose, and the manager doesn't want to take responsibility and deliver it on their own. Also, they're friendly and the girls at the store are cute
Every time I enter the shop the staff is always so kind and talkative. Never a dull moment at this We Store :) Zak helped me today and he was amazing but all of the staff are truly great. They always ensure to apply any promotions or discounts available. Love you guys!
Went into the store to purchase a gift card over the holidays as a gift for a family member. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Eric G and all of the staff for all the help!
As a regular cannabis consumer I've tried many products from many stores. The products the Bud tenders and Management at the Chatham location have recommend are now my must haves. I also enjoy the fact that they always have my favourite drink in stock, which I can never find at other stores. 10/10 I tell everyone I know that is a cannabis consumer to shop at this location. A big shout out to the one manager Nev as well for always making the displays in the store so intriguing to look at.
Absolutely loved this place. Walked in and the vibe was instantly welcoming—super energetic staff who actually want to help you, not just point at a shelf and disappear. We were offered free cookies and hot chocolate (already a win), and the customer service just kept getting better from there.
My sales rep, Taylor, was awesome—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clearly knows the products inside and out. No pressure, no salesy nonsense, just solid recommendations I felt confident in. Prices were very reasonable too.
Hands down one of the best weed stores in Chatham. I'll 100% be back.
