I can't recommend The Woods enough. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with such a warm, friendly vibe—it's honestly one of the most welcoming shops I've been to. The staff are all amazing, but Vanessa and Litz really stand out. They're both incredibly kind and approachable, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find exactly what they need.
Vanessa, especially, is super knowledgeable and always gives the best recommendations. Whether I'm looking to try something new or stick to something familiar, she somehow always points me in the perfect direction. It makes the whole experience feel easy and personalized.
What I love most is the atmosphere—it's such a chill, no-pressure environment. You can take your time, ask questions, and just browse without ever feeling rushed or pushed into buying anything. On top of that, they always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for in stock, which is a huge plus.

I called this location looking for CBD oil for my senior dog who has arthritis. The employee who answered told me that they carried products for dogs and to come in and they'd be happy to help us find the right oil for my dog. When we stopped in later that day, they were expecting us and had options ready for us. They had done some research to make sure they were suggesting the best product and explained everything to us thoroughly. They were super friendly and helpful and my dog is doing so much better on the CBD oil they recommended. Thanks so much!
