A rude staff as well as the smallest option of weed paraphernalia there is. Wouldn't come here if my life depended on it. They have nothing worth while and are very aggressive towards customers, not worth it at all.
If you're with someone purchasing and you are NOT; they will make you wait out in -17 instead of allowing you to be with your party also staying warm….
I'm 30, came in 3 days in a row & didn't get ID'd. Today a female at the desk didn't greet me with a hello or welcome, just immediately asked for ID then refused to serve me when I didn't have it. Weird, anyone with common sense can tell I'm not underage. Not a friendly staff
TLDR: VERY unpleasant store and staff, and overall very unwelcoming, unproffesional and rude... ive gone twice and both times I was met with super dismissive staff who knew absolutely nothing about their own inventory, and were passive aggressive the whole time. The worst of them however was the lady just recently, who showed all these problems times ten. They clearly don't to be there and obviously I and my fiance don't want to give them anymore business. Legit guys, if you hate working there, then quit working there and stop making it everyone else's problem. Just because you're miserable doesn't mean everyone else has to deal with it.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I was ready to make a purchase when my mom called me, and the clueless employee suddenly refused to sell to me just because I was on the phone. Are you kidding me? Since when does talking on the phone mean I can't buy something? Is this some kind of power trip or just pure incompetence? The lack of common sense and basic customer service is mind-blowing. If they're this unhinged over something so ridiculous, imagine how they handle actual issues. This place doesn't deserve a single cent from anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that isn't run by people who make up rules just to be difficult. Absolute garbage.
