Go in there all the time then go in once tell me to leave bc no id then proceed to sell to my buddy without asking for id makes no sense lol not trying to be rude but jsut find it funny how you ask for mine but sell to other people with no id not professional at all
Came I here today for the first time and Kaya was an amazing help. She gave some really good recommendations and she was also very professional. I loved her energy and I will be coming back here soon๐
I've been coming to this location for a few years now because the prices and products are usually solid. But lately, the customer service hasn't been the same.
Some of the staff just don't seem interested in helping โ one girl with black and white hair acts like it's a chore to answer questions, and I've overheard another guy (Braden, I think) talking badly about management right in front of customers, which felt pretty unprofessional. I've also had a few recommendations that were the complete opposite of what I asked for, which is frustrating when you're being specific about what you like.
That said, I've always had great experiences when Catherine is working. She actually listens, remembers what I like, and always has solid suggestions lined up. I feel like she genuinely enjoys helping people, and it makes a big difference. If more of the team had her attitude and product knowledge, the vibe would definitely be better overall.
Now I usually just stop by when I know she's in โ it's the only time I feel confident I'll leave happy with what I got.
