I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I recently purchased a .95g 510 cartridge by No Future from this retailer. I've bought the same brand from other stores before and never had an issue. Unfortunately, this cartridge started jamming the very next day. To get a pull, I had to inhale multiple times, and I was even getting liquid in my mouth, which is unacceptable. This wasn't a case of a cart clogging near the end — it happened when the cart was still around 70–80% full. I attempted to return it within 48 hours, but "Jay, the manager," refused the return, claiming the cart was less than 1/3 full, which was not true. It was clearly still mostly full when I brought it back. I understand that carts can clog toward the end, but when a product fails within one day of use and at 80% full, the retailer should take some responsibility. In this case, that responsibility was completely denied. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I've had no issues with this brand elseware.
