So I try and help an employee going through a panic attack due to employees being sexual with her. Calm her down. Continue to purchase from the business even tho they support the sexual misconduct. Now without reason or evidence they ban me from the store. Will be making sure it gets to higher up management and throughout the Almonte community. Will be a large loss of customers and business

1 person in the store who leaves to get lunch with the OPEN sign still on, she comes back from lunch and goes into the store and locks the door again with the OPEN sign on. I guess her lunch means she's closed regardless of what the sign says. Worst part is she saw us trying the door and still was taking her lunch break. This at 1:30 in the afternoon. Decided to be fair try again today at this location, the store was open and we were able to go in and make a purchase but the employee recognized us was very unfriendly and actually not real helpful about an online extra discount. Told us no and was so abrupt with us, we won't be back. She was smiling, much more friendly and helpful to people after us. The day the door was locked we saw at least 2 other people try the door and walk away so I think my review was fair, we weren't the only customers annoyed that day and they went elsewhere to shop. Not going to shop at a Pop's again.

I had some pretty specific requests on my last visit to Pop's and Stevie did not disappoint!! She is the most knowledgable "dealer" in Mississippi Mills. Whatever your preferences (psychotropic or no), she is sure to offer the best advice on products and methodolgy. I'll be back!

I had excellent customer service provided by Stevie. She was very pleasant and friendly and she even helped me purchase a hat when the barcode was being very problematic, because I really wanted it for my Dad. I truly appreciate it when people make the effort to go the extra mile and provide a good experience. Thanks Stevie.
