Just bought some infused drinks at the store. They did not honour the price above the product. I feel ripped off and overcharged. I will not be back.

We went there. Waited behind the line at the door for 2-4 min. We were the only people in line,, we got impatient and left. This was today on a holiday and it didn't seem busy though. We didn't buy anything, just left but just wanted management to know. We went to another store in town who I know will respect our time

Visited this store yesterday, bought a product i have had many times before and is always the same. With a booster pack inside. This container popped open like the sticker had been previously cut, and the cannabis smells like homegrown. I have worked in various dispensaries after legalization as well as at medical cannabis factories prior to it being legalized. So I stopped by a different dispensary, got the exact same product same expiry date. When opened it had a booster and was harder to open seal on container. The smell and consistency if grind was completely different then what was purchased at shiny buds. It was not a shred product so ill stop you there. Just make sure you check youre product before leaving the store. Especially if you are not a regular customer. I will be reporting this for investigation.

Great store, but online states that the store is open at 9am. On the door it says it opens at 10am . Drove and hour for no reason this morning

Today Feb 21/25 at 1:17 pm I visited your store and was asking about some of your products to a young lady , she was extremely rude to me and when I asked to speak to the manager she came out from the back and just made jokes . I use visit your store from time to time and have an account there also . there is absolutely no reason to treat your customers like garbage and I definitely will NEVER be going back again.
