I was helped today by such an amazing Gentleman there named Jay, he stopped when he noticed I had my hands full of groceries and asked if I needed hand carrying a few cans of Grolsch beer to the front counter. Always a polite and happy young man. He has a vast and rich knowledge of wines as well and has helped me stock my wine fridge multiple times as well as finding me wines that really get the party started with my lady friends, If you know what I mean.
5/5 stars, would buy from Jay again.
USUALLY WE GO IN WITH NO PROBLEMS, BUT LAST SATURDAY THERE WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY DAUGHTERS AND MY EXPERIENCE EVER AT A NSLC. MY DAUGHTER IS AUTISTIC AND IS 19 FORGOT HER ID, A WORKER ASKED HER FOR IT AND SHE FORGOT IT AT HOME, I IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE BEER SHE WAS HOLDING AND APOLOGIZED. I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE IT I COULD CONTINUE WITH MY DAY IT WAS NOT! HE THEM FOLLOWED ME TO THE CASH AND KEPTED TALKING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS BETWEEN US ABOUT HOW MY DAUGHTER HAD HELD ALCOHOL WITHOUT HER ID, I SAID I ALREADY SAID SORRY CAN WE MOVE PAST THIS MY GOD, HE THAN FOLLOWED ME OUT THE STORE STILL HARASSING US, HE STARTED YELLING FOR A MANAGER EVEN MORE EMBARRASSING FOR US. HIS TONE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND IT FELT LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME AND GET US IN TROBLE. WE PUT IN A FORMAL COMPLAINT THOUGHT THE STORE MANAGER WOULD BE BETTER TO TALK TO AND SHANNON THE MANAGER BASICALLY SAID I WAS A LIER HE DID NOTHING WRONG AND HUNG UP ON ME! THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER AND I BEEN BUYING FROM NSLC FOR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. SAD AND DISAPPOINTED THIS HAPPENED, NOW WE ARE WAITING FOR THE COMPLAINT TO BE DELT WITH CORPORATE,
