I went to the store and was asked for my ID before buying something. Apart from that, I went to talk to the manager, and he said it was because of theft issues, even though I was not hiding my face or anything. Not at all satisfied with their explanation. Two sets of rules for different types of people.

Had a deeply disappointing experience at the NSLC on Sackville Drive. When returning a detective product, the manager, Darren, was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly made comments about the product being "made in China." He made very sure to emphasize "CHINA", several times. He blamed the customer personally, refused to apologize, and spoke in a condescending way that felt gaslighting and unprofessional. NSLC should take this seriously and ensure staff treat customers respectfully. Completely unacceptable.
