We are a locally owned and operated business. Our sister company has operated in Terrace for more than a decade now. With the legalization of Cannabis in Canada, we wanted to start our journey from Home. Yes, we call Terrace Home, because it feels like home.

All of the Cannabis sold at our stores comes directly from the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) and these products go through testing to ensure they are compliant as per Health Canada safety standards.

Not happy. 3 seperate occasions in the last 2 weeks I've gone to the store 30 minutes before they're meant to close and they've already shut. Will not be going back… if you have your hours on Google u should stick to them. I only left one star because I couldn't leave less. Unimpressed.

Great store, great staff, best prices in town. Just don't buy Weed Me products. They are shitty products and the company suck. They refuse refunds when their products don't work and have shitty customer service.

Has a decent stock of various flower and other goods. Not the best vibe in town, maybe something has changed over the past few years. The owner or manager is also using ChatGPT to respond to all bad reviews and rebuke them, which is a funny little side note.

Was a longtime customer, since it was the old owners and called Grassroots, but I won't be going back after my most recent visit. I purchased weekly from them, at least, for medical purposes. My most recent visit this weekend I was treated incredibly rudely by whom I'm assuming, was the manager. This "manager" did not introduce himself or provide any accurate information nor was there any attempt at proper communication. He should refresh himself on the laws in BC surrounding cannabis shop operations because him denying me a purchase was discrimination. Ive always been treated with respect by their employees but since this new manager started, I have noticed a significant downfall in their service, treatment and information they provide. This most recent experience was the nail in the coffin for me. Despite this location being the most convenient and accessible for me, I will be making the conscious decision to support the other, *truly* local shops in town. .. Editing to add a reply to the response below as i cant seem to create a new entry. I need to correct you because not only is your response misleading, its also incredible false. My child is 5.5 years old and when we originally entered, as we have in the past to make purchases, no one mentioned anything about him not being allowed, previously as well as this most recent time. I was waiting in line to pay for roughly 5 minutes, with my child holding my hand quietly before anyone said he wasnt allowed in. I apo ..
