Used to come here a lot, the staff are friendly and helpful but the prices are insulting, especially since Farm and Clarity Cannabis are so close by. Just went in recently and the cost of joints was insane. The woman behind the desk was lovely and helpful as always, but I literally can't afford to come here anymore.
Five stars because I tried to throw the attendant off by acting like I wanted to barter for my purchase with some old boots I was carrying. He actually took it really well and I have to say I was quite impressed. Good customer service . He was like " oooh you wanted to pay with old boots you found ? We don't normally do that, hmmm ..... ". He did think I was serious too . I was straight faced as a robot .
I appreciate it because I realize that people these days are getting weird as hell like sometimes you'll walk into a restaurant and then the waiter's like. Oh, what are you doing here? And youre like, Oh I'm at this restaurant hoping to eat some food "you want you want to eat here at the restaurant? Really?" It's like they're acting like it's the craziest thing that ever happened to them in their lives... Crazy times we live in . Mother head thinks I must be a.i. and I'm like - please understand you are to bring me coffee . Society has created this for both of us . Don't throw it all away .
Very nice staff, they always treat every customer respectfully and do their best to find the perfect product for you. It's rare to get the product you are looking for on sale days as everything is always sold out. They will help you find something else but it's often an upsell. Their online store has not worked in a month or two.
Lovely Staff an amazing selections! The people at the counter were super helpful (unfortunately I didn't get their names) and very sweet with helping me, as I'm not too versed in weed. I would give this place a higher review, but unfortunately they don't have a tip option on their card reader. It seems strange to me that someone who helped me through all the products and gave me some knowledge about the various options wouldn't be able to get tips.
Especially in this economy, it's disappointing that these lovely folks aren't able to make a little extra from their hard work, especially since most of the dispensaries I've been too don't have nearly as good customer service or product knowledge.
Hopefully this gets changed in the future.
Not only did I have fun buying my cannabis today. I had the pleasure of a wonderful cannabis guide, Naomi.
Together we planned 24 hours of solid stoning with a great selection.
