If I could; I wish I could rate this place 0. The workers were amazing, however the owners are horrible, disrespectful. highly do not recommend going
Bad customer service super expensive product , there was a note on the door be back in 2 minutes better off driving into Dawson Creek
Quite possibly the worst staff out of any cannabis store in BC, bad product selection and the staff have zero product knowledge.. if you're a heavy smoker, buy in dawson or chetwynd.
This was a 5 star review (staff are great and prices are what they are) until I had to deal with management.
Came in to let them know that the product I purchased a few hours earlier was half the weight indicated on the menu. Their offer to make it right? 20% off the opportunity to pay for the missing half. No thanks. I'm sure DC Cannabis in Dawson Creek would have responded differently, so I'll shop there from now on.
