I Purchased Woodys Jezabel 3.5 grams and got home to open the package to find 1 gram . I called the store immediately to tell them and the manager said sorry , we won't replace , we won't refund and there's nothing we can do. I then wrote Woodys directly and let them know. For sure the manager and Locals is not the place to buy Marijuana or supplies. I will use Kaya or BC Cannabis from now on. Im an honest person and I have never had this happen. But because it did, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store. The attitude and lack of customer service and care to make my purchase right was not there at all. Also, they have low stock and higher prices than the competition so why did I go back again anyways?
