Sam and the staff always so welcoming, positive and kind. Greeting you with smiles when you walk in the door! Beyond helpful to help you find exactly what you're looking for even if you don't know what you want when you walk in!! The bearded older guy working nights only cares about the paycheck. After being a daily customer for over 5 months since we moved to Maple Ridge, I got a defective cart and he refused to exchange it. Easily the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. The rest of the staff is awesome and always treated me well, but one bad apple kills the vibe. Won't be coming back — found way better options already.
Absolute amazing experience at this location! Staff are so friendly, knowledgable, and were able to help me find the perfect substitute for a product that had been discontinued. I'm very happy :)

This store is amazing! I love the whole team working behind the bud bar and how much passion and knowledge they have about cannabis and the industry as a whole. They are always looking to suit the individual needs, if your looking for AAAA or best bang for buck they have it. You can really see the culture and life within the store, all the display cards are amazing too, shout out to Charlie and Sam for the personalized touches on the details.
Always recommend this store to anyone looking for an amazing experience!
