Stopped by recently and was really impressed with the overall vibe of this shop. It strikes the perfect balance between professional and laid-back, and the lighting and atmosphere are super cool and welcoming.
Even as someone who isn't very familiar with cannabis, I felt totally comfortable. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable without being pushy.
Big shoutout to Sam for the excellent customer service — you can tell they genuinely care about helping people and making the experience a good one.
Highly recommend checking this place out if you want a relaxed but professional environment. Will definitely be back!
I recently visited Green Star Maple Ridge, and I have to say, Sam and her team are truly the best. They helped me so much when I had no idea where to start, and I'm really grateful for how supportive and knowledgeable everyone was. Their friendly service made all the difference!
I've been coming here for the past few years such a welcoming store with good vibes. The staff there are excellent, Sam the manager and her team are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I won't go anywhere else.
I've been coming here for a little over 2 years. Never had issues, liked the staff. Never reutnred anything until I was recommended a disposable vape from one of the employees. It was completely defective, didnt produce any vapors, I showed it thoroughly to worker and she PUT HER MOUTH ON IT, then heavily blew inside without even asking. (I have respiratory issues that could pass on to her....) And after showing her its not working she literally says "sorry love that's not defective" and "we dont make money on return so we avoid them". So the return policy they tell you about is not true at all.
Even if the vape worked at this point, I cant use it now that shes blown her saliva all inside...
2 years of business with them and not one return until now. I am so disappointed. Came in every week for vape carts. But this has totally changed my opinion of them and i will let me friends know to find another dispensary.
I have been a long time customer for over a year. Buying 2 disposable vape cartridges a week. I just opened a 1964 tried to screw it on my vape in the dark but it wouldn't screw on, it was covered all over the tip because half of the cartridge leaked out. I spent 20$ to Uber back to exchange it and they wouldn't do it even though I've been told if there is an issue in the past to bring it back they will exchange it. I literally watched the guy clean it off try to hand it back to me half empty and say this is all you get
