Can't even place an online order. The product is in stock because I can enter my cc info, and I have money on my cc, but it won't process. Just keeps going back to the same page. I used to order weekly from there but I'm done and will order from a new dispensary. Sad to say as I loved the staff, their attitudes, the environment. Not anymore.
Terrible. Bought a gram of shatter for $39.99 way too much. Brought it home opened it up all stuck together looked like sugar. Tried to return it. Nope good luck on that.
Place is a rip off. Buying stuff blind is a joke. Constantly being ripped off. TIME TO BOYCOTT ALL GOVERNMENT STORES . RIP OFF ARTISTS !! Workers don't have a clue what they are selling.
I'm a regular customer at Clarity Cannabis, but I had a really disappointing experience on my last visit. I bought a vape on August 6th that turned out to be defective and leaked all over my bag. After returning to the city I went back to the store with my receipt, the employee, Emma, was incredibly rude and condescending. Her tone was aggressive, and she wouldn't exchange the vape or even recommend a different product. She also refused to give me the manager's business card. She's happily helped me in the past when I've come in to purchase, but this time, which was the first time I've come in with a defective product, she was extremely rude.
I can't help but wonder if I was treated this way because of my darker skin tone or younger appearance. I'm really disappointed with the customer service and won't be back. I believe that all customers should be treated fairly and equally despite their appearance.
The management of this store should really look into customer service and ethics training for the staff at this store. People working at the store represent the brand and should behave as such.

Loved their layout and tons of choices. Kristina you're a rockstar what stellar guest service. The store is neat and self ordering system was fire. Great store well done you guys.

Unprecedented customer service, product selection and prices. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly - they've gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion! They seem to have significantly more stock than competitors, and usually have deals or products on sale, too. Recently, a couple other stores have opened up closer to where I live, yet Clarity is still 100% my preferred place to shop :)
