Moved from Ontario and was worried about finding a good/decent store and this place exceeded my expectations!
All the staff have been super friendly and knowledgeable; even trying to help me find a particular strain that I still don't know the name of, helped me out with a torch that I bought that I thought was defective (it wasn't, it was me lol), truely the staff knows customer service.
Also relieved to find actual BC grown bud and not just bud from Ontario! (came to Victoria BC to go to my cousin's wedding and found a shop in Victoria and it was 90% the same stuff from Ontario, I was pretty disappointed). Great location too!
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff, no matter which person you're dealing with. A big variety of product in a small space. Thank goodness they're here

I'm a long time resident of cowichan lake and have been shopping at Jerry's since it opened. I love the service, the shop and the products. Lots of the employees are local residents, I love supporting local when I can! I've always received excellent service, especially with defective product like vapes etc.
