It's been a long time comin', but it's finally here!
Our journey into the cannabis industry started in 2012 when we purchased both Mary Janes Headquarters locations in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Making the transition from employee to entrepreneur was a huge learning curve and one hell of a ride. Our goal was to make the make shopping experience a fun, chilled; yet informative and organized experience. We quickly realized how in-depth the cannabis industry and its connoisseurs were! The science is fascinating and people are looking for very specific ways to indulge – not to mention the accessory manufacturers are getting pretty creative!
As there are many different ways of consuming cannabis and our clients want good recommendations for the best-proven quality, at different price points for every one of them. So we expanded, and expanded, and expanded. Basically, we carry a whole hell of a lot of cool stuff ?

Went there to get some goodies and got great service. Kyle my man super nice dude what a customer service mann. Love his vibes definitely recommend going there again super chill guy knows about his stuff what he is doing. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
When I purchase from this store, I never know what kind of experience im going to get from one day to the next. Morning discount is offered and from time to time i make an effort to ensure im there for the first 15 minutes as required. For the second time I failed to get a discount and left the store without noticing. When this happened the first time it was corrected no problem. The second time I already made it back home so im not coming back for a refund.
Advertised THC levels are often wrong or are changed frequently making it harder to find the right product. However they do have a large selection of varied products and always have something I like in stock.
Location doesn't have a very big waiting area and when its busy it can feel a bit claustrophobic.
I just got my hip replaced and can't go anywhere so I wanted to order some joints online and get it delivered. Paid by virtual debit visa and showed my ID but could not show a physical debit visa and was willing to show my virtual one! She came right to where I live! Ya I'm committing fraud! Wow I will never deal with or step foot in that store again!
Amazing selection of products in this location, super friendly staff, Hayden was very knowledgeable and helpful with stocking me up. Will be back!!
Because I was already at the end of my rope yesterday, my vape quit on me/caught my curse and the manager Travis not only had it replaced in under 2 hours but also had it brought to my door along with a few extras.
The biggest thing was he went above and beyond for me and found a solution that I in no way had to fight for and you don't see that much anymore, anywhere....especially when I wasn't in the most stable of moods and probably excruciating to deal with.
Regardless, anytime I've had to call the store any staff member has been great so whoever decided to put Travis in charge knew what they were doing. They may not deliver as late and be further away from me but I'll never go anywhere else now. You can't put a price on amazing customer service.
