Low pressure sales experience, and I always feel like I'm a friend. I have watched the staff deal with some difficult characters who live unhoused, and they handle it respectfully really well. I keep going back for this great shopping experience.

I know a handful of people who don't shop here because of the attitude of the non binary person with blue hair. Just an absolute nightmare of a human being to deal with and the most condescending staff member
