Being honest. Nasty and mean place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save you money and time looking for online options with much better variety and no non-sense rules as "I don't remember you". Remember we as customers are right hope strike again so you close your doors for good.
Been going to this location for almost a year now. Had lots of great interaction with employees and they are friendly and knowledgeable. However today after buying kodo pro for my cartridge. This one particular lady who is so stand off-ish, didn't smile after greeting her. I was asking question about the product and she just scrub her shoulders and didn't give me any answer. It was bit awkward silent moment and eventually I just bought whatever it was infront of me. It was the brown lady I am referring to and this is actually the first time I've seen her there. All the times I've gone to the store I never had an encounter with her till today. She should never be on customer service job if she doesn't even know basic knowledge of smiling and acknowledging customers when she's greeted.
This store is always amazing from pricing to staff. They are friendly and you can tell they care. My favorite is Ibrahim that guy always makes the best recommendations on products, and is so friendly and enjoyable to talk to and not even once have I been disappointed in his pick. True legend. ðŸ™
I regularly visit this store and it is always a pleasure speaking with the workers and in particular Ibrahim. A very kind and knowledgeable employee.
Any establishment would be lucky to have an employee like him. Highly recommend.
The staff are always so welcoming! This is my goto spot if I ever want to refill. Every time I visit the staff treat me not just as a good customer, but as a friend. Not to mention if I ever need a surprise suggestion for a new strain if im ever want to try something new, they got me with the best suggestions! I even remember one time before I entered the dispensary I opened the door to the happiest customer and the bro just started upselling these new rolls he got. Ngl im hooked on whatever high quality stuff that was but bless that random guy.
Overall friendly staff that knows there products and obvious other happy guest are good signs to go give this dispensary a visit! Trust~
