I had my WA DL and 4-5 credit cards and a debit card. There was a woman representative who asked me to sign my credit card even though it was on my name. She was rude to my wife as well because my wife had to sign her credit card and she made me leave the store which is fine, but when my wife asked what was the problem with my husband's card, she said: We have already established you can buy and you don't need to worry about that ( my wife's question). She could have normally told us what was the issue. I buy cannabis from BC cannabis Brentwood with my DL and credit card and never have they told me to sign my card. So unbelievably time waiting process and rude behaviour from the staff here.
Always buy our weed here, they have GOOD quality high thc % OZ for just 90$-100$ unlike most other dispos whichwanna charge 130$ minimum for anything other than straight shake. The flower we get is always "good supply" brand and has consistent quality and effective highs.
Came here yesterday bought some PR's and a Vape. While asking the Asian lady put her input in as I was asking about some products. But the tone, and attitude just made her sound like a complete asshole.
I don't care for poor attitudes around where I shop at. Especially when I'm tryna mellow my energy and vibe right.
I wouldn't recommend going here either as these bud tenders have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the use of these products they lie about the effects, and just dont have the proper product knowledge.
Top notch customer experience at this location. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the amazing staff and they go above and beyond to help you find what you need! Today I was helped by Hubert rodriguez and overall fantastic customer service. Super professional and very informed. I had a few questions because I'm new to this and he was to walk me through the whole process and helped find the perfect product for me. 10/10 location and I was very pleased with the service I got today.
Sharing the experience with Sebastian who was very kind and helpful after several bad experiences with the lady mentioned in other reviews. I was having the worst day but he was kind enough to be patient. Offered me tissues and didn't rush to attend the rest of the line. I genuinely hope to see many step up like Sebastian
