Poor customer service, even just asking for a preroll list you feel like you're an inconvenience. Felt hovered over while trying to make a decision. Really hard to support local when treated so poorly
There two amazing employees, but the two owners/managers are awful to deal with. The most unhelpful and unfriendly and unprofessional. Will never step foot in there again. Will tell everyone I know.
Cariboo Buds is hands-down one of the best shops I've ever dealt with. The customer service is honestly on another level. Every time I walk in, my order is already prepared and waiting for me, I don't even have to say a word. They just know their customers, and that kind of attention makes every visit feel easy and personal.
Their prices are always fair, the selection is great, and the whole experience from start to finish is consistently smooth. Sam and the entire team deserve a huge shoutout, they're friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel welcome every time you come through the door.
Highly recommend Cariboo Buds to anyone looking for quality products and truly exceptional service. This place sets the standard.
Standard cannabis store. I liked how the lady told me to keep my receipt cause without it the police could take my purchase. I thought to myself…..hmmm.
