Had a lovely experience at Westlock Fire & Flower thanks to Breanne! She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—never pushy, just kind and attentive. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained what I wanted in a way that made me feel comfortable. You can tell she truly knows her stuff and cares about her customers. She was most charming always smiling, so I'll absolutely be back because of her—highly recommend!

Joel was extraordinarily helpful, happily answered all my questions, offered useful extra information, and wasn't pushy at all with selling me as much as possible. This shop also often has a product I love in stock, whereas other stores are always out! Cannot recommend this business enough.
August 19/25 dropped in to pick up my seltzer drinks. Joel T waited on me. He was great and nice to deal with. Everyone is very informative and and easy to deal with. I'm always welcomed with a very friendly and pleasant smile and how are you doing this fine day🫠👌✌️
Love the staff here they are always willing to take the time to help you. Tynica is the best. I am always leaving with a smile on my face and a good assortment of goodies! Great deals and great reccomendations, I havent had anything I dislike from here I always ask them their opinion and they never steer me wrong.
