Used to be one of best in town. Now the owners seem to not care about customers or staff. Always rotating staff, rarely see a familiar face, store smells (despite obvious staff effort to cover it up), and cant keep product in order or at least customers informed. Sales staff are kind to customers and understanding but obvious they are frustrated too. Very sad to see. Will not be supporting this owner, despite the polite staff (sorry peeps, its them not you!)
This location is convenient, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a good selection. I love going there
Best pot shop in Strathmore hands down. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always positive and friendly. Even if you have an issue with a product after getting home they will work with you, figure out the issue and rectify it with pure professionalism. Highly recommend them!!

STRATHMORE..BEWARE WHO YOU LET INTO THIS TOWN. This once great establishment has been brought low in a short few months. Once a welcoming friendly place to be, has now flipped. They don't care about customers and they sure don't care about employees. Shop elsewhere. Except the garden ;)
