Been shopping here since it opened. Spend about 100+ a month. Guess value buds will be getting my business now. They still have a list for the products and they dont make you stand around viewing bags that are hard to see scattered all over in cabinets like cana decided to do. Hopefully this location shuts down and we can get a new weed store that actually wants to make money put in.
They decided to make people's life difficult and removed the books to find which one you want. you have to bend over to shop. Thanks now I have to find a new weed store to go to thanks for the genius who decided to get rid of it. OH WOW AND YOU CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF PAPER. YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS IN THICK PLASTIC EINSTEIN. not stepping back in once my giftcard is used up. Pathetic
I just went to the store about 10 min ago. I've been going there at least once a week for almost 2 years and I buy myself a nice ounce every time. But today I went in and instead of the super easy to use booklets listing all the weed products efficiently and orderly, instead I had to walk around the store trying to find the weed I wanted, it took me 30 freaking minutes because it's waaaaaay less efficient. Idk who's idea this was, but they are gonna lose you a lot of business. I used to go in, check the book, get my weed and be out in less than 5 min. Super awesome way to do it. But now today it took me 30 min and I just gave up and made the guy pull everything up on his screen and show me. And it's still way harder to find what I was looking for. Please for the love of god go back to the books cause this having to randomly look at each and every bag in the shelf is ridiculous. I have a membership I pay for there so I want a booklet. I don't wanna do a scavenger hunt everytime I go there. I will be extremely upset if I gotta spend 30 min a visit to get weed. You want 5 stars? I want my time back, give me the booklet and I'll give you 5 stars.
Edit: I think you're missing the point here. Your digital menus are terrible too. I know cause I've tried to use it before. I got fed up with it scrolling through random assortments of product. There is such a lack of organization on those menus. I'm sure I speak for all of your customers when I say we don't have time to stand ..
As someone who's neurodivergent I really loved and appreciated the book/menu they had to look over product and information. I will no longer be be shopping or supporting this store. I know quite a few people who will also no longer be coming to thia location. That book helps alot of older folks as well. Very sad they had to get rid of it. This store is gonna suffer because of this 🤷â€â™€ï¸
This is by far the best location. The staff take the time to put together and update a detailed menu. I hit this location 85% of the time. Staff are great.
Cana Cabana, in general, best prices around. Usually a good selection. Well worth getting the premium membership. Well priced, quality accessories too.
