It's always a good start to the weekend to drop by. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
25th time posting. Gets taken down regularly. No response from store owner or company. Wife checked out the store today in the afternoon (06/20/2025 @Buffalo Run Tsuut'ina Canna Cabana). A short store employee with bleach blonde hair approached her and asked if he could assist her. She said she was checking out the store, she had never been to this location. The employee then told her that he wasn't going to help her because she was under the influence. This upset her (she hasn't consumed alcohol for 10 years), she asked for the manager. A tall bearded employee said he was the manager and would assist her when he was through with a customer. She spoke with the bearded employee who then said he did not smell any alcohol on her, just the essential oils that she uses for nerve pain.
My wife came out to our vehicle very upset and explained what happened. I was upset by this and I went into the store and approached the bleach blonde employee. I said are you the one accusing my wife of being intoxicated. He just walked away from me.
I told him my wife hasn't taken a drink in 10 years. He continued walking away as I followed him. He then stopped and said what? I told him apologize to her, he said NO. He said to get out of the store or he'll call the cops. He then continued walking away from me. I said is this the type of customer service this place provides as he walked to the tills.
