Terri who works there makes the experience awesome. She is polite, knowledgeable always ensures customers are greeted, always willing to help and always tells me what my unbeatable price is. I will drive out of my way to specifically go to the Leduc location because the staff is great, welcoming and understand customer service. They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable.
I have been shopping here for the last year and a half, and I love this store. Its always clean. It always has a great selection, the best prices, and helpful and friendly staff. It can be quite a busy store at times, but even then, the staff are great and wait times are low compared to Edmonton stores I have also visited. I will go out of my way to come to this store over an Edmonton location.
I had a great experience at this dispensary. Honey was the budtender who helped me and she was awesome, super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She answered my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. I know the store used to have physical menus, but the kiosk actually isn't a bad option once you get used to it and it's still easy to browse. Thanks again Honey!
The staff is great! Prices are great!
I dislike the change away from the book it's now difficult to find what I want and locate the prices and information I'm looking for when buying your products, I have started to shop here less and less because of this, I miss the original book system!
