Dope prices and the service is amazing. I'm a picky customer and like my flower fresh, the guy working this evening (Jan 23) was super enthusiastic and helpful.
Disgusting behavior from an employee named Rishi. I was verbally abused and treated with complete disrespect. This is unacceptable in any business. Management should fire this employee immediately. I will never return.
Joe's the best, friendly and helpful customer service, knowledgeable on his products, always a wonderful experience everytime I go in
I came in here one time and the service was so good that I am now a repeat customer ....and I live outside the city. I appreciate the authenticity of this store and their knowledgeable staff. Thanks Kevin!
Honestly I love this place, have been going for well over a year, the manager is amazing, each & every staff member has consistently been outstanding always going above and beyond. This place is my go to weed stop always, but the last couple visits I have had terrible service from a new employee; Yusef. Not friendly or helpful at all. Doesn't greet me when I enter or thank me for my purchase. Just stares. When I asked about different product prices & strains he told me to look for myself it's all marked while he stands at the til staring ahead. Sorry to say but if I keep encountering his terrible customer service I will avoid going there while he's on shift or just find a new spot altogether.
