Well that's a very toxic worker to keep on Sunday she don't know the regular Vapes from the thick ones also she show attitude and want me to buy another device. After I said no, she finally agree to return the money and give me another one with attitude and anger she should find another job she interested at ..definitely not going there again even though it's close to my house
I really enjoyed my experience at the heritage limited location! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by a shorter red head I didn't get the name of(I'm so sorry!) but they continued to help me out by expertly explaining how things are organized and what they recommended since it was my first time really trying anything on my own. It was incredibly helpful to learn about the variety the location offered and figuring out what would be best to try as a newbie to it all. Then Amanda helped me out a little later on with explaining the labels and answering any last questions I had! They were both super kind and for the amount I got, the prices are great! Will certainly be visiting again, thank you so much Amanda and the unnamed red head!
Had probably the best cannabis purchasing experience I've ever had, at this location. Amanda helped me out, super awesome about id'ing and was observant enough to wish me an earlier birthday. Talked hours of operation and local places to grab food and was super personable for the quick interaction. Extremely clean and well laid out store, with incredible prices! Do yourself the favour and visit.
It pains me to write this review especially because the staff have been so good to me there, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. Sometime back I tried to return a product that I could not use. I returned no more than 15 minutes later, with the item still sealed and in perfect working condition. I'm not too sure who I was dealing with but ive never seen them before. Even though I assured the person working that the item was still sealed and that I just bought it 15 minutes ago she proceeded to give me flack on the return. I didn't tell her this, but i've been working in the cannabis industry for over 10 years and know all too well the return policy for products like this.
I ended up getting the return, but not before she insulted me. I kept my voice down I did not swear I was respectful. Personally, I find this type of behavior unacceptable. Especially considering, there is a Spiritleaf right across the street.
To make a long story short, I've never had the staff at Spiritleaf, insult me or my intelligence. I know I will be going there from now on. I would encourage anyone reading this review to do the same.
Had an amazing experience at Lux Leaf last night. I was helped by Amanda, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. I told her I wanted something smooth but still strong, and she recommended one of their infused blunts, easily one of the best suggestions I've gotten in a long time.
Amanda really knew her stuff, broke down the flavor, strength, and effects without rushing me, and you could tell she actually cared about finding the right fit instead of just selling. The vibe in the shop was chill, clean, and welcoming too, but her energy definitely made the visit.
The blunt hit perfectly! Smooth pull, perfect burn, and the high came on just right. You can tell Lux Leaf takes pride in their product quality and staff training.
If you stop by, ask for Amanda, she'll make sure you leave with exactly what you're looking for (and probably something better). I'll definitely be coming back.
