Hands down the best place in town! Staff are AMAZING and always a fun time to chat with. Prices are unbeatable especially if you get the membership. Overall a 10/10 establishment who clearly cares about their customers.
I really like this store and the gentleman and The shorter lady with the colourful hair are always so helpful and accommodating and easy to talk to. When they're working and I get them, I walk out of there in a good mood laughing.
However, I dread coming there and having the woman who always has her hair up in a bun and is blonde she always seems like she has a giant chip on her shoulder and it's a chore to help anyone she's abrasive she isn't helpful she claims things are elite when they're not I was buying a lighter, It was marked as members there was no elite marking at all on it, just member and market and she didn't wanna sell it to me because She said it was an elite product. When she checked with one of her coworkers, it wasn't she didn't apologize. She just acted like I had inconvenienced her.
The last time I went in there, she didn't even help me. I was helped by someone else, but all I could hear was her gossiping complaining and being negative with the person she was "helping".
First time in the store, Love this store. Nicki was so great to deal with. She explained the elites to me, gave me a tour of the store and explained the unbeatable prices! She answered all my questions in detail. Store is clean, well lite, product is out to see. Will definetly be back!
Lady with the short purple funky hair is a beauty. Knew her stuff. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Every time I come here the service is great but she is top notch!. Great prices and selection. Thanks again!
Best place in town, the customer service is top notch! After 5 when i have to push the button i feel like I'm part of a club and they have the BEST prices in town. Very nice establishment always clean. Products are easy to see and they are so knowledgeable.
